Terms and Conditions


Orders can be placed easily on our Website but you are also welcome to call us on 01905 611142 with your order or any queries. Your use of our Website or ordering from us by phone is an acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.  A contract between us is formed upon order receipt and acceptance.

We welcome payment by card, either through Secure Sagepay via our Website or over the phone.  Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.   Please provide accurate Contact and Delivery information in case we need to contact you regarding your order. 

Although we make every effort to ensure that the products on our Website are listed accurately, occasionally an item may be out of stock.  If this happens we will contact you at the earliest opportunity in order to offer and alternative or arrange an back order depending on your preference.


Returns Policy

Sometimes things change and you may want to return your item for any reason, we allow a 10 day cooling period from the estimated delivery date for the item to be returned. The item must be returned in its original condition with tags and packaging with no sign of wear or damage.

Any items returned which is not in its original packaging or has signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend contacting us by phone or email with any problems before returning the item to discuss options and to discuss whether the item is eligible for a refund or exchange. Items can be returned by post or in store, please note buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Karma Shack holds the right to decline any refund or exchange at our discretion.

Changing or cancelling an order

Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order within 10 working days from the date you received your order. To cancel your order please contact us in writing within 10 days.

If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (either by a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs [– up to 2nd class postage only]).

We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds within 5 days of receipt of the goods and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card.


Faulty Items

In the rare event that a product arrives to you in a faulty condition we require you to contact us with the issue of the product and we will guide you on what steps to take. In some cases products may need to be returned to the manufacturers, it is not our responsibility to do this but in many cases we will do this for you but this needs to be discussed because some products will not be eligible for this. Please allow extra time for faulty returns.

We have taken every care to make sure that photos and descriptions are a fair representation of the products offers.  Please be aware that minor variations in products may occur.  Many of our products are handmade and individual.

When you place an order with us you are supplying us with personal information.  We are very careful about the way that this is used.  Payment details will NOT be stored by us on a third party.  Your personal information will be retained, securely, by us on our system.  You can request this be removed at any time by contacting us.  We will never pass your information on to a third party.
